About: So why a Keanu Site? I have been a Keanu fan from day one when I saw him in a movie (which I have no idea what it was, I suppose Parenthood… I can’t remember I was 9) and I decided that I would marry him one day. Since that will never happen and I’m still a fan I decided that keeping a fansite would be a great idea so I started a small fansite (one page or so). I had the small page for a really short while since, a fellow Keanu fan Heather, offered me the Keanu fanlisting. How could I have said no? So I went overly ecstatic and “adopted” the fanlisting and kept it and decided to make it more informative and it kept growing. Huge thanks for the increased size goes to Gertie who was kind enough to host the fanlisting at keanu.org, which was a fabulous place to stay, and due to the fact that I no longed had to worry about loosing everything I was able to focus on the site 100%. After a while the site was a fanlisting with a major fanlisting twist and I decided to buy a domain for it so I registered www.keanu-reeves.net was at godaddy, on August 30th, 2004. I moved the site to a host that promised a lot and ended up giving me a hard time so before them closing down completely Gertie came to save me and the site like a princess on a white horse and hosted it at Fan-Sites.Org. So once again I can keep my focus on improving the site instead of worrying how long it will stay online.
