I just saw this movie this afternoon–I had decided to treat myself to this the day before I was to start back to work, and I am VERY glad I did. Everyone knows that the critics don’t even watch the films they are critiquing, and only rely on second-hand opinions. This is even better than the original. LOVE Keanu as Klaatu – no one else could have played him.
Well, even then everyone has a different taste in movies. There are always going to be people who will LOVE the movie and those who won’t even give it a chance. There are too many different minds out there so you cannot always trust what the critics say. You are your own critic.
