Filming in Southbury this month

The buzz can be confirmed: actor Keanu Reeves has visited, and will return to Southbury later this month to film his latest movie. Reeves and fellow stars Winona Ryder, Robin Wright Penn, Julianne Moore and Alan Arkin have roles in the movie “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee,” which will be shot in Southbury later this month. A production crew and a couple of actors and actresses, including Reeves, were in town Monday and Tuesday doing site work for the upcoming shoot, which will be in and around a condominium in the vicinity of Grove Pond Lane off Krueger Circle in the village.
